Our History
Our head chef brings a wealth of experience and passion for modern Thai cuisine. Originally from Thailand, he has dedicated his life to mastering the art of Thai cooking. His culinary journey includes prestigious positions such as:
- Longrain Melbourne (2014-2021): Over 8 years of crafting exceptional modern Thai dishes in one of Melbourne’s most iconic restaurants.
- Mandarin Oriental Bangkok (2007-2008): Trained extensively in traditional Thai cuisine at this world-renowned hotel.
- Grand Hyatt Erawan Bangkok (2009-2011): Honed his skills further at one of Bangkok’s premier luxury hotels.
With a deep respect for both Thai traditions and Australian culture, he skillfully adapts authentic Thai flavors using fresh, locally-sourced Australian ingredients. His commitment to supporting local farmers ensures that every dish at Nar Bangkok is as sustainable as it is delicious.
